Warehouse Operative jobs in Birmingham — Drivers Across Ltd is recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives for a busy chilled food warehouse in Birmingham.
You will be responsible for picking and preparing customer orders while maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity and health & safety. The role is based in a temperature-controlled environment between 2°C and 4°C.
Working hours & pay
- Monday – Thursday: 06:00 – 16:00
- Pay: £15.65 per hour
- Performance bonus: up to £250 per week
Work environment
Chilled warehouse — temperature controlled between 2°C and 4°C. Appropriate cold-weather clothing is recommended.
Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders
- Working in a chilled warehouse (2°C–4°C)
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy
- Meeting daily productivity targets
- Following Health & Safety procedures
- Keeping the warehouse clean and organised
