What we collect
When you register with us we ask for your name, contact details, licence and CPC information, work history and the type of driving work you are looking for. We only ask for what a transport operator genuinely needs to offer you work.
How we use it
We use your details to match you with vacancies, to carry out right-to-work and compliance checks, and to keep you updated about roles that suit you. We share your details with a client only when we have discussed that role with you first.
How long we keep it
We keep driver records for as long as you want us to find you work, and for the period required by employment and payroll record-keeping obligations after that. Ask us to remove your details at any time and we will.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. Email drivers@driversacrossltd.co.uk and a member of the team will handle it personally.
